and Friends of Prayer,
It is a joy to share what the Lord is doing through your prayers and donations.
We are so grateful to each of you for your love and for joining this ministry.
The seed that has been planted has grown.
Yes, beloved friends. Through you, the Lord provided electricity for the Camp this summer of 2022.
It has been incredible to carry out various evangelistic outreaches and to develop discipleship programs for the children and entire families.
Here is how we have been serving our community over the last few months:
First, we had a Thanksgiving dinner with pastors (who we collaborate with in the region), and the families of the children, with the provision of electricity.
A few days later, we started a little vacation Bible school for the children.
Then, we had camps with teenagers from the local high schools.
A month later, we had a retreat for married couples.
We request your prayers for the following goals:
1. Pray for the Lord to open doors to take the Christmas message to the schools and public parks in these upcoming holidays.
2. Pray to have funds to have an outreach for approximately 100 children and their parents, this will take place at the Camp property. This outreach includes a program with a gospel presentation, food, candy, piñatas, and gifts for the children. We would need $700 USD.
3. Pray for funds to grant food pantries for 30 low-income families. We would need $1,000 USD.
4. Pray for the discipleship programs for the children. There are 40 of them; we want to give each one of them new Bible story books and a kit of pencils and colors to start next year. We would need $500 USD.
5. Pray for missionaries who could support us as teachers for the children and parents.
6. Pray also for our personal economy; our monthly funds are short.
7. I also ask for your prayers that we may be able to visit the United States to visit some Churches. It has been 5 years since we have traveled to share about the Camp's ministry. For this project, we would need $1,400 USD for two plane tickets.
